Conditions for rebooking- and cancellation

rebooking or cancellation:

In case of rebooking (e.g. course dates/ location/ course type) a rebooking fee of 30 € is to be paid.

cancellation by no later than 6 weeks before the course start date:

In case of a cancellation of registration by no later than 6 weeks before the course start date, course fees already paid will be transferred back in full to the applicant’s bank account, after the deduction of a € 30.00 handling charge. Costs incurred by an international credit transfer are chargeable to the applicant.

cancellation by no later than 4 weeks before the course start date:

cancellation fee of 30% of the course fees + € 30.00 handling charge

cancellation by no later than 2 weeks before the course start date:

cancellation fee of 50% of the course fees + € 30.00 handling charge

cancellation within 2 weeks before the course start date or during the course:

cancellation fee of 100% of the course fees + € 30.00 handling charge

Cancellation insurance in case of pregnancy.

To avoid a cancellation fee in case of pregnancy, we recommend adding a cancellation insurance to your registration!

Special cancellation policy in case of pregnancy is valid only for the students of the School for Visceral Therapy and only by using this link.
